Why doesn't a Cavapoo have a standard size?
Because it's a cross, and an official height is only written down for purebreds. The Cavalier King Charles Spaniel has one and the Poodle has one, but nobody official has ever said how tall a Cavapoo should stand.
That's the tradeoff with a cross. A purebred is more predictable in size, coat, care and temperament, and a Cavapoo gives up some of that, which is why we estimate each puppy's grown weight from its own mama and papa and never from a chart. You'll find the estimate on every puppy's page, next to the names of both parents.
