What this website collects, what happens to it, and how to reach us about it.
What you send us
When you send the puppy application or the contact form, we receive what you type. The application asks for your name, address, email and phone number, and about your home, your family, any other pets and your plans for your puppy. The contact form asks for your name, email, phone number and your message.
Each form is emailed to us through Cloudflare, the company that hosts this website. The website itself does not keep a copy of what you send. We use it to reply to you, to match you with a puppy and to arrange pickup or delivery. We do not sell it, and we share it only with the people who run Teapup.
Keeping out spam
Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that a person is sending the form and not an automated program. Cloudflare runs that check, and its own privacy policy covers it. A hidden field that people never see also helps us turn away automated messages.
Counting visits
The only cookies this website sets are the Google Analytics ones described here. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies and does not follow you to other websites. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors find the site and which pages they read. It sets cookies to recognize a returning visit, and Google's own privacy policy covers what it collects. You can turn it off with Google's opt-out browser add-on.
We also keep a simple count of our own. When you arrive on the site, tap to call, text or email us, or start or send the application or a message, a daily total goes up by one for that page and for where your visit came from, such as a search engine or Facebook. It sets no cookie, and it keeps no name, internet address, device or browser details. Your browser remembers where your visit came from until you close the tab, so a visit is counted once.
Links to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

Photos on the Reviews page were sent to us by the families pictured.
