This OFA certifies that Zoe does not have luxating patella's.

Eye OFA Certificate

This eye OFA certifies that Zoe is free of inherited eye disease. We have an upcoming appointment in May for this certificate to be renewed!

Cardiac OFA Certificate

This OFA certifies that at the time of the exam Zoe did not have congenital or acquired heart disease. We will be renewing this soon!
