Hello!

Today is Galileo and my 1 week anniversary! He is doing extraordinarily well with the transition. He is eating all his food and is learning very quickly to go to the bathroom outside. He is also getting along with our other 90 lb dogs swimmingly, it is quite a funny picture! We went to the vet yesterday and he is all happy and healthy (he even got a little pedicure :). I attached some photos I took this week. Thanks so much again for everything!

Best,
Sydney

DALLAS
DECEMBER 2020

Just wanted you to give you an update on one of your pups. I flew from SLC to ORD and drove to Syracuse two years ago...7 hours on the return because we hit Chicago traffic. She was perfect and gentle, by morning the drugs had worn off. My wife kept telling me that she was just a puppy. That excuse no longer works.
She is the cutest thing ever...it is why I haven't strangled her yet. She is all Westie. We have had 5 Westies over 35 years and this one takes the cake...and will run off with it and leave it under the bed, along with all of my socks. I have never seen a dog with so much personality.

She is hopping on her back legs every morning to great me, then she does something naughty. We love her and I thank you, but sometimes want to curse you. I wanted a dog my wife could snuggle with...got that, she is at the bottom of my wife's sleeping bag when we are at 10K feet in the woods. 3 hours a day she is the cuddliest thing ever, the rest of the time, she is a Westie

Her name is Winnie (or Winifred when in trouble)Registered name is Sherie's Wee Whinny. We haven't bought the breeding rights, in part because I don't want to expose anyone else to this and I don't want it to change her personality.

I have horse property and when going out to check on the horses, we go by a wood pile. Our cat likes to hang out by the wood pile. Winnie will run at full tilt ahead of me, make a quick jump to the right and roll the cat, and another jump back to the left so she can lead the charge to the horses. She is crazy, but the cutest thing ever

Thank you girls for sending her home with one of her favorite toys.  She also loves to run through her tunnel. SHE IS SOOO SMART. The poodle is by far the most prominent at thls point.  By day 2 she knew about using the pee pads and is 75% at this point. She started to walk on a lead from the start.  You all did a great job.

Hi, there. I just wanted to wish all of you a wonderful holiday season. We adopted "Ricky" (now Ozzie) in late October and we couldn't be happier! Every day he brings us incredible joy and laughter. His sweet and energetic spirit fit perfectly with our family and I just can't say enough about how happy we are that we found the perfect pup at Teapup! I sent someone your way in early November and they ended up bringing a puppy home, too! I'm attaching a recent photo. Ozzie is the best!

Thank you for the terrific puppy!  She cannot replace our sweet Angel but is certainly helping our hearts mend!!

TOM AND FRANK
OCTOBER 2020

Hi Teapup!
So its been a month since we brought Linus (George) home and we thought you might like to see him and have a little update.

We have followed the schedule you provided which really was automatic since he seemed to fall right into our own timelines with that schedule and have been doing that ever since.

As of today he is 6.8 lbs and gets so excited when its meal time. He is smart as a tack and has already learned, sit, stay, come ,down and we are working on "Shake" now. The incredible thing is during the very 1st night he slept for 5 hours before crying to go outside. He has already earned the nicknames of Houdini, Einstein with his amazing brainiac tendencies and underfoot since we haven't started training to walk beside us yet.

We took him to the doctor the very next day after coming home and he likes all of them, and since then has loved his Doctors and techs.

We just received the verification of name from the AKC as well. His name is now "Linus Von Stettner". Everyone gets a kick out of that. We love the Peanuts characters and decided on Linus only a few minutes from home when we picked him up.

The only thing we would reduce in his activity is the biting. We certainly understand that this is a part of puppy hood and will continue to try redirecting with his toys and flavored chews and look forward to when the teething is over but over all, he is more joy than we expected and I never expected I would feel a love that is this strong. He could rip a hole in my body and I wouldn't care.

In the attached pics, he is King of his castle in one. During his morning nap he mostly likes to sleep under my desk at my feet while I'm working and this time he decided to stay on his back for a snooze.

Everyone who meets him or sees pics are overwhelmed with adoration. During a visit with an inlaw, their neighbor came out and said "He is just so cute I cant stand it!".

In this search that took us many months, I really appreciate the responsible efforts of teapups to provide a loving pet to those who truly have a hole in the heart from missing a past loved one. I hope it continues well into the future.

I pray for Teapups continued success and prosperity.

The words "Thank you" are just not satisfactory to express what's in my heart.

Tom and Frank

OCTOBER 2020

Hello Folks at Teapups,

It's been about three months, Aug 7th, since I adopted:

Nikki Rose  aka Liesel and Lacey Rose aka Lady

They're still learning how to use potty pads indoors, for those days we can't get home in time to let the Twinnies out. Still learning commands, "stay & come".

Nikki loves to chase the birds in the back yard, I call her the "Huntress". Lacey likes to sit in front of the gate, I call her the "Gate Keeper".

At times they will run and chase each other in the back yard.

This past Saturday, I took them to Plainfield, IL. Bronkberry Farms was having a bring your dog in costume day, for Halloween festivities. I've included photos.

They didn't like wearing their costumes,  But I was able to take a couple if pics.
Nikki/Witch & Lacey/Angel.

I'm in love and obsessed over my Twinnies, My Bolognese. I get furry baby kisses all the time.

Sincerely,
Rosaline (Rosie)

Hello....

Just wanted to share Chloe’s 16th birthday pictures with you. Her birthday was on Sept 22nd, 2020. My husband and step-father got her for me for Christmas 2004. Her birth mother was Pumpkin Spice and she had two brothers that hopefully found their forever homes.

Chloe has brought so much joy to our lives. She was with us when we brought our baby boy home from the hospital in 2010. She didn’t quite know what to think of him at first. Maybe a bit of jealousy, but eventually they became the best of friends.

In the last 2-3 years Chloe has lost her hearing, which I’ve read is quite normal but besides that she’s doing very well. She’s slowed down a bit this past year, but still seems to be very happy and healthy. Her favorite activities is sleeping and eating. We still go on walks, but when she’s done she’s done. I recently bought her a backpack dog carrier so she can go on longer walks with me, but I’m not quite sure she’s a fan of it. We also take her to the Blessing of the Pets at our church every September, so I’d like to think that is helping to extend her life just a bit. 😊Every year with her is a blessing, we just love her so much. ❤️

Just wanted to share.

Hi Teapup humans,

I adopted Cheyenne (renamed Gracie) on 8/19/20. I couldn’t be happier!  She is adorable and very healthy according to her new vet whom she met today (8/24) for her wellness check and a couple of vaccinations. She’s sleeping all night in her crate and pees and poos on the piddle pads most 😂 of the time. She hasn’t eaten as much as you said she should, but I added the boiled chicken breast and she likes that a lot. Still only consumes about 1/2 cup a day. Vet says she now weighs 2 lb. 13 oz. so she has gained anyway.

Thank you Teapup family for the excellent work you do. I love her so much!

Hello folks at teapup,

Renamed: Lady is now "Lacey Rose"
Renamed: Liesel is now "Nikki Rose"

It's been two weeks today since our "gotcha" of Aug 7th, 2020. I don't know exactly how I got so lucky, the opportunity to adopt these two sisters. My husband and I are in love with our new girls!! They're so sweet and gentle!! I do believe they too are happy. We receive doggy kisses all the time. We are learning.

We live on the 2nd floor, Lacey has mastered the three flights of stairs, up and down!! She's only vocal while I'm preparing her meals. Nikki does 4 steps down and one flight up!! She's vocal when she hears other dogs barking outside or knocking on the door, or doesn't recognize someone passing by.

They both will go potty outside. They still go potty inside too. It's getting better. Still learning "come" "stay" and walking on a leash. All in all, both sweet ladies sleep a lot and are enjoying their permanent maternity leave, in their forever home. We are all feeling blessed.

EZELL FAMILY
AUGUST 2020

So...... these are my dog days of summer photos but my Mimi give the best back scratches as you can see my face, I got to get plants of car rides my mom bought me a sealtbelt, I got mad at her because she got rid of my red chair but she put me this new grey one I’m just now getting you used of it, and I got plenty of rest while kids played outside but now I need to help sis even her homework as you can see I found my new favorite rope!!!

So Sissy couldn’t have a party yet so she wanted to take a ride to that place with the green, white, and brown bags?? Some star place? I don’t know but it always makes the humans very happy to get a green and white bag and a drink with the white and green cup?? 🤷🏼‍♀️ I never knew what it was about until my sissy let me lick the bag of her bacon breakfast sandwich!!! As you can see my eyes say it all .......awesome awesome awesome!!! now i know why they always want to go. That was a great brithday breakfast trip I’m glad they let me go!!

So the day after my sissy’s birthday party mom woke us up at 5:30am because there was a tornado warning which is very unusual for where we live. I was the first one in the bathroom as you can see and found me a spot. But don’t worry you guys trained me very well to  be a good protector.!!! I stayed watch at the door and I knew exactly when he was passing over Us bc I could sense it like any good dog!!! I growled and I growled  and barked until it went away! I got two treats because I was such a good dog! We were all OK and our house was OK, it passed just to the south of us mommy said. I was a good dog and I took care of my family. Later that afternoon they let me play outside with the water guns with them I’ll let my brother shoot me with water guns I don’t mind because it was a hard day and he got to have fun!! But all good things have to come to an end because I had to have a bath before mommy let me back in the house!! hope you guys are having a good rest of the summer!

Hello! Our Teapup puppies turned 8 today, and I wanted to reach out to tell you how much we’ve loved them! They’re Schnorkies and litter mates—a sister and brother. Their names are Lucy and Linus (originally Kate and Beckham) and they have been awesome family pets for our family of six. Linus surprised us as a young pup by loving to swim and fetch sticks. He’s like a Labrador—it’s unbelievable! They have such distinctive and sweet personalities. Just thought you might want to see a recent picture of them and hear how they’re doing.

Hello -

We made it home yesterday without incident.  The girls are SO HAPPY!  She slept well last night in her new crate and has gone potty outside.  We have played a lot and is already napping this morning.  We have decided on naming her Rosie. Full name we THINK will be Winifred Rose "Rosie" Rivets Miller.

We did realize we should have asked about her feeding schedule she is used to. What time/frequency did you feed her litter?  We will most likely move toward a twice a day schedule, however right now we are attempting 3 times/day.  She is a nibbler - distracted by the new environment. I know that will get better with time. She hasn't taken much interest in food or water at the moment.

Pictures are from car ride, first potty stop and morning nap.

Thank you Teapup for our little fur ball.  We love her!

Hi friends at Teapup!  Elfie here checking in!  Hope you are all doing well!  Thank you for giving me a great start at Teapup, but the last six weeks at my new home have been PAWsome!  In this short time, I have captured my family’s hearts and have been truly spoiled.  They think they are training me to sit, shake, and lie down, but in reality I am the one who has trained my family and have them wrapped around my paw!  Some of my adventures included in these pictures of my last few weeks have been having my “own” pool party on International Corgi Day, playing with bubbles, and getting treated to my first Pupcup!  Feel free to follow me on my many adventures on my Instagram @princess.elfie .  I just wanted to let you know that life is treating me well with the Quinn’s, and I have become a very special member of the family!  I’m off to bask in the sun on my lounger that my mom and dad say is theirs - but we all know better! ;)

I adopted my Bichon, Bisou (formerly known as Bandit) from you all. He was from a litter between Diamond and Clyde. When I look at pictures of them I see a perfect blend in my baby, Bisou.

He is such a joy or life, blessing all those he comes in contact with. He is so brilliant and well-behaved and his only desire is to be in your lap, giving credit to his namesake of the ‘curly little lap dog’. His temperament is perfect! He’s so easygoing and obedient.

He has brought out a side of myself I’ve never even known was there. He fills my life with so much joy and love and I couldn’t be more grateful to you all. He is the most precious thing I’ve ever experienced and I’ll certainly be adopting from you all in the future!
All the best,
Gabrielle

SHAY
APRIL 2020

Hello to all. This is Shay, who has Bootsie and Oscar (aka Bella and Eddie) who were born on Christmas Day 2016. Just checking in to say hi and how much I enjoy viewing your website to look at all the babies you have, especially during this hard time. I can be assured it will put a smile on my face. We are all doing very well here, just staying in except for car rides to circle the mall slow so the babes can get an outing. Hope all of you are doing well. I always think of all of you how you are maneuvering through all of this. My two have exceeded their weight estimates, Bootsie has topped out at 16.4 lbs and Oscar with his short legs like his daddy Clyde has reached 20.6 lbs. They have four buddies they have regular play dates with and they run like crazy playing. So I can’t say that they are just lounging around. My babies are my joy, even before all of this but I’m so glad I have them. So thanks again for raising such wonderful babies for all. Please take care and be safe. Teapup will always have a special place in my heart! Love to all Shay, Bootsie and Oscar

Good Afternoon,

I hope everyone at Teapup is doing well and staying healthy.

My name is Susanne Glogoza. We adopted Marla from Teapup last November. We love her so much and could never imagine not having her as part of our family. We think it is time for Marla to have a little brother or sister. Attached you will find a current picture of Marla.  A message from Marla:

Hi my Teapup family! I miss you all and hope you are doing well. I looooove my new home. My friends and family constantly tell me that I am such a good girl and am very pretty. I have lots of friends. I am a pretty social pup. Some of my favorite things to do is follow my older brother, Chomper, around wherever he goes. Usually he doesn’t mind. He is fifteen and is very patient with me. He can’t play as much as I wish he could but he does when he can. I really like to go on car rides, walks, cuddle and of course play with my many toys. Some may say I am “ spoiled”. Psh, I see absolutely nothing wrong with a girl getting pampered. My absolute favorite thing to do is brushing my teeth. If pawrents would let me, I would brush twenty times a day. Good oral hygiene is important you know. As my Mahmee mentioned, I am looking for a new baby brother or sister. I hope you have one for me soon!
Stay healthy my Teapup family.
Love,
Marla 🐾
Kindest Regards,
Susanne

Dear Teapup,

Gianni (aka Elm) has been with us for a week now but it feels like he has been part of our family for a long time!

The ride from Indiana to Illinois was smooth - Gianni loves car rides!

Gianni is a very loving, playful boy and he already loves his big Sister Gracie very much.  He also loves to go for walks, cuddle and take long naps.

During these dark times of Coronavirus, Gianni has brought us light.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Toffee (born March 21, 2019 to Eloise and Taylor) is getting ready to celebrate her 1st birthday! We kept her name because we really liked it. She is the cutest, sweetest, friendliest, happiest little dog. At about 10 lbs, she is very healthy and smart too. She sits and shakes for her treats and does other tricks too. Our "little ewok" or "baby Chewbacca" is fun and playful, and also the best snuggle buddy. Toffee loves all of her fur siblings, (3 kitties and an Australian Shepherd) and they love her too. She is a great camping dog, loves everyone she meets at the campgrounds! We absolutely adore her and love to spoil her. She's been the perfect addition to our family of furbabies!

I wanted to let you all know that we made it back safe and sound to Chesterfield Twp., MI, Caesar's new home.  I renamed him.

He is doing fantastic!  I can't believe how well he has taken to our condo.  He fits right in!  He's been figuring things out faster than I can believe!  I even had to go and buy him a new collar, tag, longer leash and I was about to get him a new harness, but held off on that for now.  I can totally tell that he is going to be ready to go for walks here sooner than later.  It is nice that the weather is breaking.  Perfect timing!  His colors are amazing.  I'm also very happy with PuppySpot.  I would have never of found you!

I'll continue to send you updates and pictures as time goes on!

Hopefully the rest of his litter all finds the best homes!  You have truly breed an amazing batch of puppies on this go around!

Thank you for helping me to make this match as his timing could not have been more perfect.

LYNN

Newt is an acrobat. He flies thru the air and doesn’t seem to be held back by his luxating patella. I renamed him Taz...after the Tasmanian Devil 🤣
He plays so nicely with Dali. Sometimes if it gets too rough for Dali, he pulls back and let’s her win, that’s with tug of war battles & wrestling
They are a delight. Thank u so much. They bring much joy to my life, and they are so happy!

Hello Teapup crew:

Just wanted to give you a quick update as to how Stella B. Noodle (fka Polly) is doing since she is approaching her first birthday.  Stella is now 11 months old and 12 lbs. She is sweet, smart and friendly.  Nearly every dog we run across on our walks is her new best friend and she’s a big fan of humans, too. Especially the little ones.  She’s a wonderful addition to our family and we has brought us lots of joy.

Brody had his check up at his vet today and everything was great.  Tomorrow he gets the castration done.  We are so please with him!  He only has had one accident in house and that was on his blanket you sent home with him.  Think he thought it was puppy pad.  We don’t use puppy pads, and he has adjusted great.  He sleeps from 9 pm to 6 with out waking up to go out all night.
He is the most incredible dog, thank you so much.
